Returns

You have the right to return products purchased and ask for a replacement and the nature of clothing and footwear is such that sometimes may not meet your expectations due to non-physical presence in the store.

Returns / Non-Defective Products

In our believes is that the online store should not be different than a physical store in TRAFFIC MALL chain, so the return can be to change the size, the color or for any reason, for example because you are not happy with your product, it is possible refund within 15 working days of receipt. If the refund is made within 15 working days then ZAKCRET SA cannot accept any return for replacement or cancel the transaction.

We emphasize that the date delivered the product is indicated by the courier on receipt, to control the time limit prescribed. In each case the returned products must be in the state received from the client, complete and without damage and with the packaging that normally accompanies the product and is in excellent condition, along with all the documents accompanying the product (e.g. ITT, Ap Retail, Waybill etc.).

In case of resizing, design, color of clothes, shoes, accessories due to wrong assessment of the client, our client sends back the goods with acs and billing traffice mall and ship new merchandise for FREE

Briefly the return and replacement of a product is feasible under the following conditions:
